Dr. Thomas Lokensgard, DDS, NMD, ABAAHP, received his BA degree (cum laude) in 1974 from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, majoring in biology with a special emphasis in biochemistry and physiology. He graduated from the University of Minnesota’s School of Dentistry in 1979 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. In 1980, Dr. Thom started his dental practice in Park Rapids, Minnesota, with an emphasis in cosmetic restorative dentistry. Recognizing the important connection between nutrition and optimal health, he went on to earn his Naturopathic Medical Degree (NMD) from Clayton College of Natural Health in Birmingham, Alabama. Subsequently Dr. Lokensgard founded the Centre for Holistic and Biological Dentistry, in Brentwood, Tennessee.

Stuart M. Nunnally, DDS, MS, graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio in 1980. Dr. Nunnally is board certified in naturopathic medicine, as well as in integrative biologic dental medicine. He serves on the teaching faculty of the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine and The American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry, and he frequently teaches on all aspects of biological dentistry.

Dr. Bob Johnson, DMD, is a leading biological dentist in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He also has a certification as a Naturopath and a degree in Integrative Medicine (IMD-D). Dr. Johnson has taken over 8,000 hours of continuing education and has studied with the world’s most talented dentists and health practitioners. This has allowed him to gain tremendous insight into the intricacies, nuances and interrelationships of how the body and the oral cavity function. Dr. Johnson has formed two dental clinics, collaborated in the original formation of National Integrated Health Associates (NIHA), and formed Natural Horizons Wellness Center in Fairfax, VA.
