Tavis Piattoly, MS, RD, LDN is a leading sports nutrition consultant. He is the co-founder and director of sports nutrition education for My Sports Dietitian, an online sports nutrition company that provides athletes and their support team nutrition programs to improve their health, performance and recovery. Tavis is a well-known speaker, educator and author on sports performance and nutrition. He works with all levels of athletes from high school to Olympic levels. He served as the Sports Dietitian for the New Orleans Saints (2006-2013), New Orleans Hornets/Pelicans (2008-2013), and Tulane University Athletics (2002-2016). Tavis currently serves as Program Education Manager for Taylor Hooton Foundation.

Her book, A Compromised Generation, provides a thorough analysis of the origins of this modern health crisis and documents how modifications to environmental and lifestyle factors can profoundly influence health outcomes. Beth is the founder and executive director of Epidemic Answers, a non-profit organization dedicated to reestablishing vibrant health in our children. She is also the creator and executive producer of The Documenting Hope Project, a multi-year prospective research study and media project that examines the cumulative impact of environmental stressors on health and their mitigation through personalized and systems-based treatment approaches.

Brenda Davis, registered dietitian, is a leader in her field and an acclaimed speaker. She has worked as a research dietitian, public health nutritionist, clinical nutrition specialist, nutrition consultant and academic nutrition instructor. She is the lead dietitian in a diabetes project doing community intervention work in Majuro, Marshall Islands. Brenda is co-author of ten vegetarian and vegan nutrition classics including her most recent work Becoming Vegan: Comprehensive Edition. Brenda has authored numerous professional and lay articles. She is a past chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association. In 2007, she was inducted into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame.

Erin Stokes, ND, is the Medical Director at MegaFood, and a registered naturopathic doctor in the state of Colorado. In her role as Medical Director, Erin has the opportunity to educate on health and wellness topics via webinars, radio shows, articles and blogs. Dr. Stokes received her naturopathic doctor degree from Bastyr University in 2001. Shortly afterwards she began to pursue her passion for educating others by teaching Western Pathology and Psychology of Healing at Southwest Acupuncture College. She combines her experience as a naturopathic doctor with an extensive background in the natural products industry. Erin’s personal mission is to empower people with the inspiration and tools to change their lives.
